
Social Safety & Confidential Advisor
Social safety is the foundation of a healthy, high-performing organisation. I support employers and employees in creating and maintaining a work environment where integrity, respect, and open communication are the standard. My role is to provide a safe space for reporting, while advising leadership on how to move from reactive measures to a proactive culture of safety.
Instances of inappropriate behavior or integrity are rarely isolated; they are often symptoms of the broader organisational culture. My expertise lies where regulatory compliance and workplace culture overlap, and my focus is on providing clarity during difficult moments and ensuring that every individual feels heard, supported, and protected by professional standards.
As a certified external Confidential Advisor, I offer:
- individual support: providing a listening ear and guidance for employees dealing with inappropriate behavior, such as bullying, (sexual) harassment, or discrimination
- integrity reporting: supporting the reporting process for suspected wrongdoing or breaches of professional ethics
- management advisory: providing anonymised trend reports and strategic advice to boards and HR on structural improvements to social safety
- awareness sessions: workshops for teams and leadership on bystander intervention, recognising boundaries, fostering psychological safety, and the role of the Confidential Advisor.

I am an LVV-registered vertrouwenspersoon (National Association of Confidential Advisors), ensuring I work according to a strict code of conduct, maintain complete confidentiality, and stay current through continuous professional development and peer supervision.

My approach is structured and transparent; I guide individuals through their options - from informal resolution to formal procedures - always keeping the reporting person in the lead. I work independently, ensuring there are no conflicts of interest within your organisation.
