Culture & Inclusion

I work with organisations to build more inclusive and effective workplaces through facilitation, behaviour change and skills development, and advisory work. My approach is practical and grounded, focused on helping people navigate complexity, have better conversations and - most importantly - make change stick.

I often find the space in which I work sits where culture and leadership meets day-to-day practice - and where it’s purposely less about slogans or one-off interventions, and more about creating the conditions in which people can do their work well, with clarity and care.

Examples of formats I regularly use and create:
- facilitated sessions and workshops
- skills development around inclusion, communication and psychological safety
- reflective spaces to explore tension, power and responsibility at work
- advisory support for leaders and teams.

I’m comfortable working across different sectors and with mixed groups and levels, from frontline staff to C-Suite and leadership teams. I am happy to work in both Dutch and English.

Vertrouwenspersoon (Confidential Advisor)

I am also an LVV-registered vertrouwenspersoon (confidential advisor), supporting organisations and individuals in relation to integrity, inappropriate behaviour and workplace concerns.

How I work

I bring a calm, structured presence and a strong awareness of group dynamics. I work independently and in partnership, depending on what the situation calls for, and tailor each engagement rather than applying a fixed model.
